This remote worked great for my model L3500 that was not listed as a compatible model. My unit had a purple button and I followed the directions for the purple light and it paired immediately. So pleased! I do suggest they enlarge the print for directions, I had to use a magnifying glass to read.

My original controller broke, and I was unsure if I would be able to find a replacement. Amazon and it's sellers to the rescue. I was delighted, overjoyed to find one. I am a new widow and it seems that every since he passed I have more "man" things break than they ever did the whole 43 years we were married. It was very easy to set up, too. It works great. It may not get the advertised range because my old one worked further down the street than this one. It opens and closes my garage door, and that is what counts. It took a while to arrive because it came via the USPS, and the package was damaged. The product was okay. However, it is typical for the USPS. It happens more often than not. I would buy it again if needed.

works good and no hesitation when I click the button to open garage door. the knockoff remote had a hesitation. If you own a chamberlain opener pay the extra and get a chamberlain remote.

The Chamberlain 953EV-P2 Garage Door Remote Control is a solid choice for controlling multiple garage doors. Programming it was straightforward, and it worked seamlessly with my existing opener. This is an oem product so it's no surprise that it worked. I I II had ordered a much cheaper version but was unable to program it to work with my Chamberlain garage door opener. So I ordered an oem product which was more expensive but was so easy to program with my opener.

I bought this Chamberlain 3-Button Garage Door opening to control my Craftsman garage door openers, a brand new one and an older model with a purple learn button. The supplied instructions allowed me to program both garage door openers. The remote seems to have better range then the original remotes I was using. The only improvement would be to print the instructions in a larger text size that is easier to read.

Llego con un par de dias de anticipacion desde EEUU. El control tiene gran alcance, la puerta abre estando desde un tercer piso y ademas que se puede programar para usar hasta 3 motores. La programacion fue con un solo boton y resalta que es bateria tipo calculadora y no la pila alcalina q se vende en algunos lugares.

I wasted money on an after market knockoff opener first, and I got frustrated with having no range and needing to click 20 times to get it to work. This costs more for sure, but it is worth every penny. Be sure to read the instructions carefully to get it setup the first time since the install is not too bad but also not completely intuitive.
