This is a very good product for reducing chaffing and saddle sores. Since using this product I’ve had no irritation or skin infections.

Although I've tried many other brands, the Assos chamois cream is my favorite. I use it for any ride over 1 hour. It's your best insurance against chafing and saddle sores.

This stuff works great! One summer I rode 4500 mi (50-70 mi / day.) Usually, I 'recharged" midway through my rides. No soreness, every morning my bum was ready for another ride. I don't think you can find a better product. "Just as good" for less money? If you find it, buy it. I'm staying with Assos.

Just a dab will do you. This has worked great for the past few months. The container is not big, but you do not need much for each ride. The cost is not bad as it will last you a while.
