I find it sad that I have to explain what this is to people. I'm not just talking about my kids either, older people in their 30's don't seem to know what it is either. So sad. I just tell people it's an automobile anti-theft device now. Product is exactly as described, and pretty bright. Comes with a USB power cable (you will need the power block though (not included).
