Flour should weigh half of that of water. But the ruler puts them as the same weight!!!!

I bought this for my son to put in his culinary school binder. It doesn’t line up with the holes. It is also very heavy for the size.

For the most part its a useful piece to have i. Your equipment i bought this to measure and make more precise cuts and measurements for plating but some issues typos a some parts are well printed some parts are not looks like mine didn't get much tlc or a quality check befor shipping mine was really bent on the edge not what i want as new tool tobe damage before i put it to use if yhis buy was base of delivery and shipping i would not buy it again because if this got damage who knows what else would be ruin not happy tbh
