I was hoping for a pitter that would enable me to remove a lot of pits quickly. This was more trouble than it is worth to me. Some of the pits with every try were not removed. This resulted in more time spent separating the pitted from those with just holes and pits still in place. So I would not recommend for someone looking to extract all the pits quickly

I bought this because I misplaced my old one and didn’t know the brand.This one pokes holes in the cherries but only about 20% of them have the seed come out. It was super frustrating to have to put my finer in each one after I used the press to see if the out was out.Not impressed. Made a mess and didn’t work properly.I do however like the rubber on bottom for grip on counter.

So happy with this cherry pitter. Works awesome! Pits 6 cherries at a time. Easy clean up!

This was supposed to pit 6 cherries at a time. All it did was ruin my cherries because I had to dig the pits out with a knife after the pitter did not push them out. Clearly the device was faulty - the prongs did not line up properly and the lid did not close when I tried to pit more than one cherry at a time. I had a terrible time even unlocking the lid when it first arrived so I should have suspected it was not properly made. I have sent it back and will purchase a good old-fashioned cherry pitter from a reputable source.

I bought this as it is similar to the one I have (that does 4) cherries. Washed it, used it on 6 cherries. all 6 cherries got stuck in the machine. I'm sorry, this is not going to work for me. I need something that is more reliable. It was hard to get the cover off where it pits are held. It came with no instructions (a figure it out yourself deal).I'm back to using the pitter that is broken as the first use was very disappointing.

My husband bought pitter because he likes cherries. I have used it several times and it missed maybe one pit. I used it to pit four cups of cherries for a cherry pie and it worked great. I only had to empty the tray twice for the pie.
