I've purchased the CuffUp Chicken Perch twice for 2 sets of biddies. The biddies LOVE the perch so much that I take the perch outside to the coop and as the biddies grow, some continue to roost on it! The dowel rods are thick and fit perfectly through the holes.

My little chicks after a week old were getting bored in their brooder. This really helped them learn how to roost and gave them a little activity to do and will sleep on it at night. I haven't counted, but I'd say it can fit somewhere between 6-10 chicks under 5 weeks old. That being said, it is pretty sturdy for the amount of chicks it can fit. I saw some reviews complaining about the screws, but I didn't have any problems, just follow the directions. It is a wood product and poop is hard to clean, but I just put it outside for a couple good rains and that seemed to help.

Easy to assemble. Quality is good for the price. My chicks love them and are still using them at 7 weeks.

I needed something for my new chicks and having 2 different sizes is great as they get used to roosting. The price was reasonable and putting it together was very simple.

Easy to put together and gave baby chicks a place to roost and climb. They are unfinished though so no way to wash the poop off. They were inexpensive enough that we tossed them when our babies stopped using them around 6 week old. Will buy new ones for the brooder when we get more babies again.

The baby chickens really enjoyed this. I ended up putting it in their chicken pool for super hot days and it fell apart though. But that’s what happens to glue when it’s submerged. Would purchase again.
