It's is as advertised, but I ordered the additional conveniently noted 4 additional rubber base pads. How convenient. But, some people may be able to get by. My chicken on my shoes indicated I wasn't one of those folks. These solved my problem of having a limitation in my grip. For me they are a real 5 star improvement.
