the pictures were really good quality and the engraving was great! seems to be holding up very well (showering and working out) and hasn’t tarnished! i’ve only had it a week but i’m hopeful!

I have 3 stars because this time took so long to arrive I ordered it at the beginning of the month and it arrived the 27th it took it a while but the locket seems alright it’s not very big especially for the price and shipping.

This was bought for my girlfriend, who is allergic to nickel. The locket I purchased is touted as 925 silver, which does not contain nickel. This is not true. The locket and chain were beautiful but caused a terrible skin rash on my girlfriend's neck and chest. The seller, and amazon, should be ashamed. Amazon should not allow false advertising. The quality of products sold on Amazon used to be better than this.

Very pretty and simple; just note that the locket is quite tiny and doesn't open "flat" so be aware when picking the photographs for it. Engraving was perfect; seller was helpful and replied quickly; arrived earlier than expected. Happy with purchase.

It's almost perfect, except they cut off parts of my dad's head. I had it centered perfectly when I customized it, but it wasn't printed centered. Besides that, it's well made otherwise, they soldered the links at the end, the picture has resin on top to protect the image so you can even shower with it on without worrying about damaging the picture. It's a good piece.
