The water used to clean water-washed resin models cannot be poured directly into the sewer or sink. Before processing, it should be placed in the sun to completely solidify the resin remaining in the water to avoid polluting the environment.

I was worried it might not be as good as my Elegoo washable resin because it seems thinner, ot as thick as the elegoo, but just did 2 printing with no issues, fine parts didnt break, no warping....love it

Three failed prints in a row, but they worked fine with Sunlu and Anycubic. I'm on my third printer, I've been printing with resin for years. This is the absolute worst resin I have ever used. The black has a horrible odor as well. Avoid at all costs.

I use the Chitu Systems water washable resin in black as a top coat on my 3d filament prints. I brush on a thin layer of this UV liquid resin and it fills in the filament lines on my standard prints. After brushing on a thin layer of this resin I cure it with a UV light (405nm) then sand smooth. This resin works great for this application because it's water washable as opposed to alcohol so clean up is easier.

Ich wollte gerne mal ein Resin testen, was sich mit Wasser waschen lässt. Viele Leute haben mir abgeraten, aber bekanntlich sollte man seine Erfahrungen selber machen. Ich bin zufrieden und der Druck an sich hat meiner Meinung nach eine gute Qualität. Der Geruch ist nach wie vor intensiv, ich selber merke keinen Unterschied zum anderen Resin, was mit IPA gereinigt wird. Ich meine, das Resin ist etwas dünnflüssiger... Dennoch ist der Aufwand beim Reinigen der Teile und des Equipments um ein Vielfaches entspannter, ohne den harten IPA Geruch. Ich nutze den Elegoo MARS 4 Ultra. Anbei hänge ich noch 2 Bilder an.

This resin is easy to use. I simply followed the suggested settings and it turned out great, but you can always fine tune the parameters with some calibration prints. The color of my print is not the original color of the resin, as I mixed it with leftover resins. Also, it's water washable. I can simply wash my prints with water instead of IPA, and it works as intended. The downside is that you ended up with a lot of waste water that has to be disposed properly.

I had never tried a water washable resin before as I was always of the opinion that if the clean up is to simple the finished product wouldn't be as detailed but how wrong was I.The first thing I noticed about this resin was that the odour was so much less than my usual type and when using this on my 2K printer I didn't even have to open the window in my room which is something I always normally have to even with ventilation and filters fitted.The printing itself went exactly the same as with any other much messier resin and the finished model came out with every detail and feels just as strong as when using my normal resin.I ordered this in slate grey and the colour is perfect for what I do. It is easily painted if needed although I'm not sure how long the painted surfaces will last for as this is my first test of a water based resin.Cleaning up afterwards is to say the least much cheaper as all I needed was tap water instead of what can be quite expensive solvents and the finished item looked exactly the same as far as stability and detail goes.Overall, I have been very impressed with using this product and I think I will now change to using water based resins all of the time. Much less odour, Easier cleanup, cheaper to use.Recommended.

The Chitu Systems Water Washable Resin is a great resin for printing miniatures. I have not had any failed prints and the quality is outstanding. It is a fast-curing resin, though you may have to play around with the settings, as with any resin. The resin has a good viscosity with a barely noticeable smell.The prints (mainly D&D miniatures) came out great and cleaned up easily in water. I am a big fan of water washable resins, and this is one of my go to resins now. Overall, I am very happy with the Chitu Systems Water Washable Resin and I do recommend it!

I have no gripes about this resin thus far. I was a little unsure of this "chitu" brand because I never really heard of it or used their products before. So far, so good though. I have about 4 prints with it now on a Creality Halot-Mage 8k printer. I even mixed it with some other ABS-like resin and it's been printing great (it's a lighter gray color in my photo due to the mixing). Yeah, I'd say Chitu has been making a good first impression for me. I'd definitely use this stuff again.

Packaging was great. Came boxed and bagged like all resin should. Zero complaints there!I printed this on an Anycubic Mono X with .050 layer height. I used a 'middle ground' for the settings which were provided on the bottle (Great job here. A lot of product misses this rather easy starting point for folks, so this is appreciated in my experience.). This print was done after several months of this machine being left idle. No tweaking was done. Pour and print. The rest of the settings were:Bottom Layer: 6Exposure time: 3.1sBottom Exposure Time: 30sTransition Layer: 10Bottom Lift speed: 65Lifting Speed: 60In my experience, those values ended up a bit overexposed, so modification / testing with this could definitely yield better results.I used a presupported model, and simply removed them without much care after the model was rinsed (not cured), and they came off OK. Even without curing, they were brittle in my experience. The curing process magnified this.Like others have mentioned, the print also warped during this process. I'm used to some malformations, however this definitely warped more than I'm used to (on the base in the image, on the bottom, just about center). This was a little odd and may have been a fluke.The color is your pretty typical 'grey', so nothing special here.The odor was comparable to just about any other water washable you can put your nose to. Don't expect any miracles here on 'odor free'.All in all, for the price point, and the ease of 'getting started', I think this is a reasonable product.
