It is a pretty charm but 8 of the rhinestones were at the bottom of the bag before I even opened it.

Attaches easily and looks great. But most of the pinkstones have fallen off. But I wear it all the time as it's attached to my Fitbit. It is not huge, does not get in the way. Makes a pretty tinkle when my hand is very active. I will be buying another soon. Suggestion: maybe a coat of clear nail polish would seal the stones in

It’s not a sealed ring so it got opened and the pink ribbon separated. I have to look for it in the parking lot for many minutes until I found it. Mind you. This is a very tiny one. But I got a pliers and pinched the ring together as tight as I could. Hopefully this stays.
