Fluffy, soft and white..... but just try getting it to stay in the shape you're aiming for, or for that matterjust to stay in place.... took forever to get a small circle of the stuff in place around the base of a littleChristmas tree, with stuffed animals propped up on it... kept slipping out of place, 'bout drove me crazy.Update: I ordered and paid for this product in Nov. of '23 - Recently got an email from seller claiming I tried to return it, and they sent me a 2nd batch? Never happened! I didn't like it, but I didn't return it or receive a replacement. Now they have charged me A SECOND TIME for the same product???Avoid this seller - they're messed up, as is the product they're peddling.
