I’m writing this review because I see that it’s getting negative reviews from folks who clearly do not understand that these will only hold in a 90 degree situation. If you see from the pictures, they will not accommodate mantles that curve. I bought them for this reason and they work great. They’re heavy duty, durable, grip well, and will hold the weight of gifts. Don’t hang low and are very affordable. Would recommend!!

Didn't think these were going to hold up stockings that were overstuffed. Surprised when they held but then what do I know about physics and gravity....

This did not work for my mantle. It did not stay on sturdy on top of mantle.

These hooks couldn’t hold the weight of just the stocking. They fell right off my mantle.
