I prefer decorations that you can hang anywhere without worrying about being able to plug them in. These are perfect for that since they run off batteries.It comes with a remote that has 8 settings. The remote even has a timer. These light decorations are bright and add color to any home. I like the theme of the Nativity scene and the Christmas star.These are great for either a window, hanging in your home or hanging outside

Bought two sets. Arrived good packing. 1 set worked great, both Nativity and Star worked without a hitch. Nice and bright, different modes. Second set only the Star worked. Nativity lit for a couple seconds, but moving it all lights died. Couldn't get it going again. Guessing Open wire. Receiver for remote still flashed for remote signal, so likely broken wire someplace on Nativity. Not worth the bother of a return. Also of note, Nativity has 3 suction cup holes, Star has 1 for a total of 4 per set. Both sets only had 3 suction cups. Would have given a 5 Star if the Nativity and missing cups were working/there. Still good value for price. Cord length was more than adequate.

I could be an outlier with how I wanted to use these, so take this with a grain of salt.While I like the design, brightness, and that it can be USB powered (with your own charger), most of the blinking patterns are useless. Most seem to strobe incredibly fast or erratically.While there is a mode where the lights stay on constant, the biggest drawback of these lights (for me), is if you're powering them via USB and have them plugged in to your own timer/smart plug, once they turn back on, the lights default to their first setting; which cycles through most of the other flashing modes. Yes, the lights have their own built-in timer, but it's for 6 hours on and 18 hours off. Again, maybe just me, but I wanted to use these from sunset to sunrise.The lights would be so much better if they could default to which ever setting you chose (possibly using small slider switches inside the control box instead of push buttons). A speed setting on the remote would be amazing too; much like the brightness options.

The star is great but the nativity when lit just looks like a clump of light you cant tell what it is up close or far away.The remote feature is nice ans having the option for different modes of lighting kind of cool but disappointed you cant tell what it is aupposed to be.

the window lights come with peel and stick hangers to attach to the windows,. While I personally prefer the suction cup hangers these hangers will work, it comes with a remote that allows you to change the mode and brightness as you want and the option of either using batteries or you can use the USB cord to plug directly into wall charger. while the cord is supplied the charger or power source plug is not. Over all this set looks good on the window or even as a wall decoration.
