The analog rings are too small, the L1 didn't fit but the R1 did, I bought this set for specific buttons and aesthetic but ended up only using the share and options buttons.

I was able to get every button on the controller besides the L1 L2 R1 R2 buttons and the center D Pad. Incorrect sizing on the buttons and the D D pad had more screw holes than my remote.

I realized after disassembly but these do not fit the controller model I have. I'm not looking it up now, but be careful to check the models. I just thought a PS5 controller is a PS5 controller.I would like the buttons to have their symbols on them, but it's also fine either way. I know what I'm pressing.

I customize controllers as a side gig, so I absolutely know what I'm doing. These parts, specifically the L1/2 & R1/2 and the touchpad will not fit no matter what. I didn't even get the thumbstick rings.

So I’ve done a few part switches on a few controllers but this one just doesn’t allow the touch pad to work, it also wasn’t cut properly and has a tiny tab that I had to sand down, I think they spray-painted over a piece of plastic that doesn’t allow the censor to pick up the point of contact, however I will say it could possibly be user error, but I’ve done it to other controllers with different brands like extreme rate which works fine
