Althoug it looks nice, as soon as I took it out of the box the right stick drifted completely. The left stick was way too sensitive. It was jumping everywhere from the slightest touch. 0 out of 10 do not buy from these guys.

You can buy an original series 2 controller for $140 from many different retailers that comes with all the original Microsoft accessories. This is a series 2 controller that they put a $15 faceplate on. If you want a custom faceplate you can find the exact same ones they use on Amazon for $15. This controller comes with a cheap generic case that doesn't have the spot to store your paddles and thumbsticks like the OEM case. They also removed the very nice high quality Microsoft charging dock and braided USB-C cable and put a generic type c cable in and kept the charging dock for themselves. You can literally get an original series 2 with all accessories and the same faceplate and spend $155 total. I am extremely disappointed and will be returning this item.

Edit. A xbox controller was initially shipped that was not an elite series 2. However when the company was contacted the correct controller was shipped immediately. It is perfect.

I was nervous to order after reading reviews with “issues” but to my understanding those issues were gonna happen regardless cause of a faulty controller. There arnt many reviews that say yes but it but this is one. I absolutely love it and am so happy I went for it. My series 2 I’ve had since day 1 has a trigger that is sticking a little, barley anything but enough for me to want a new one. This design is perfect for me and it’s beautifully done. Don’t let the negative comments effect your purchase. Cause I’m reality you can get a fault controller that is at no fault to the creator of these. 10/10 product and if I ever need a replacement again I will 100% be buying from here.

Got it for my husband for his birthday in May22 it got here early an so far so good he uses it everyday an hasn't touch the old regular controller's at all so I'm guessing it's really darn good
