This is a pretty basic "k-cup" coffee maker. My wife and I aren't coffee drinkers, but we sometimes have guests who are, and rather than needing to keep coffee grounds or beans around that will go bad after a while (we have a small traditional coffee pot but it uses regular grounds!), keeping k-cups on hand makes much more sense! That way it's also easier to keep a variety on hand for different tastes, plus we can use hot chocolate pods if we want for ourselves :-)The device itself is almost all plastic, with a few metal parts inside. Not the sturdiest appliance but it will be more than adequate for our needs and at this price point. Basically you fill your coffee mug with however much water/liquid you want, pour that into the coffee maker, add a pod, close it up and hit Go (oh be sure the mug is in place!). Takes 2-3 minutes and it will use all the water you put into it (hence why you should measure it using the coffee cup you plan to brew into!). Very fast and much less messy than dealing with grounds and filters, and more flexible since everyone can have whatever they want.The bright red body may be a little much for some people, but it actually works well in a variety of decors, including modern and mid-century (like ours).

I got this for our RV as I hated not having good, consistent coffee whenever we travelled. A few observations:The Chulux fits into a fairly small space and is easy to useLikely due to the small size, the machine seems to take longer than your usual K-cup dispenser and I’ve noticed that water isn’t as hot as our home machineLooking at the other reviews, it’s definitely recommended to try it first thing to make sure you get a working unit. (We have only had our for a week but so far, so good on it working each day.)Depending on how much you enjoy consistent coffee, you may want to invest in a slightly more premium machine but if you are space constrained than this might be ok for an occasional use.

Ésta hermosa ésta cafetera. Tiene capacidad para 12 onzas de agua, por lo que tu café siempre tendrá agua fresca. Debes usarla con el café en cápsula. Y el café esta listo demasiado rápido. Es muy práctica .

Why spend more on a Keurig? It's simple to use, and it takes the K Cups that Keurig brand offers too. I think this was a great purchas and great value for the money.. And the color? Beautiful. It doesn't take very much space, easy to assemble (just a drip thingy to place). The coffee quality is excellent.

Disappointed the unit was broken. The lid would not latch down. The unit would run if the lid were held down with pressure but the “coffee” looked more like discolored water. It has been returned for refund.
