Frequent Questions & Answers & Using Tips:
(1). If the Beep function can work normally, only the Spray function can't work when pressing the button, maybe the collar lacks citronella spray, please fill the citronella spray correctly before use each time (fill it from the Inflation valve instead of the Spray valve).
(2). If all functions don't work, the collar or remote control needs to be charged, or they need to be paired together correctly before use, or you need to switch to the correct channel which the collar is pairing (Dog1 or Dog2 Channel).
(3). If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray valve is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the spray valve with a needle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clear.
(4). Maybe the sensitivity is too low when using the Auto anti-bark mode, so it can't sense the dog’s barking. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the HIGH level.
(5). When using the "Auto anti-bark mode", the collar will firstly make a beep sound to warn the dog when detects the bark. If the dog continues to bark, it sprays the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.

Q2. How to fill the citronella spray?
Turn off the collar first, set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly (important) press the nozzle down into the refill port until you feel a sinking. Hold down Vigorously and Firmly for 15 seconds and then release.

Q3. How to pair the remote and receiver collar to use the "Remote control mode"?
Must be within 10 seconds after turning on the collar (very important), press and hold on the "Dog 1" or "Dog 2" button on the remote until hearing 5 “beep” sound from the receiver collar, then they are paired. The Receiver collar will keep the remote control mode until you turn it off then turn on again. If you don't press any button on the remote within 1 minute, the receiver collar will enter "Auto anti bark mode".

Q4. How To Use Auto Anti Bark Mode?
After turning on the receiver collar, it will automatically enter "Auto anti-bark mode" if don’t press any button of the remote within the first 1 minute.
How to Adjust the Sensitivity Level When Using "Auto Anti Bark Mode" ?
(1). The receive collar has 3 levels of sensitivity : Low, Middle and High. The higher the sensitivity, the easier it is for the collar to be triggered by the dog’s barking. (Only for "Auto Anti Bark Mode" )
(2). You can adjust the correct sensitivity level according to the dog type and loudness of dog’s barking.
(3). You can press the On/Off to adjust the sensitivity level when the receive collar is power on . Press On/Off button one time , the sensitivity level will change to the level which the blue Led light on .

How To Work With Auto Anti Bark?
- The collar will issue one beep audio warning when the device detects the first barking.
- The collar will begin to emit spray shot automatically if the collar continue to detect the barking in 1 seconds.
- The collar will return to the original status if it can’t detect the barking in 120 seconds.Then it will start to issue warning beep again.
How The Remote Control Matches Two Collars? [ Does not include the second collar in package]
To add a receive collar to your remote dog training system, please follow below steps. Only turn on 1 collar at a time to connect then follow below steps for the 2nd collar if required.
Step 1: Take out 1 unmatched receive collar. Press and hold “ON/OFF” button. After two “beep” sounds, release the button, the power of receiver is on.
Step 2: Take out the transmitter. Press and hold on the Dog 1 button ( within 10 seconds after turn on the unmatched collar ) until hearing 5 “beeps” sound from the receiver then release. If you want to match the second dog collar, press and hold on the Dog 2 button.
Note: You should press and hold on Dog 1 button or Dog2 button within 10 seconds after turn on the unmatched receive collar. Otherwise you have to turn off receive collar then turn it on again to match .
Step 3: Test matched Receiver press Dog1 button one time, if you can see the red led flash 1time from the matched receive collar then congratulations, you have matched the first receive collar. You can also press Beep button1time to test, will hear 1 sound warning beep from the matched receive collar.

I’m using the collar with success. The problem I encountered was the snap buckle! It was so stiff I had to use pliers to press the sides to open the buckle—even my son had trouble with it. I ended up remaking the collar from the large amount of webbing collar fabric and using another buckle.

Bon alors je l'ai reçu le 14/2/25 sans grande conviction je vous avoue. Je l'ai placé au cou de ma chienne de 10mois qui a un problème plutôt 2 🙈elle aboie beaucoup et pour rien dans le jardin et le 2eme elle s'éloigne énormément en balade jusqu'à disparaître pendant +-15min autant vous dire que les balades sont très stressante, je lui ai placé également un GPS au collier, elle revient toujours mais bon jusqu'au jour où? Donc j'ai décidé d'essayer le collier ayant vu une vidéo d'un comportementaliste l'utiliser, je me suis dis pourquoi pas.Et là magie magieJe lui ai mise la 1ere x dans le jardin en association avec le "non" j'ai commencé par le bip ce qu'il a fait taire toute suite. Je suis ensuite partie dans les champs où elle avait tendance à partir et waouw elle est revenue toute suite, je pourrais vous en parler longtemps car pour moi sincèrement c'est un énorme....ouiiiiiii achetez le!je la lâche dans les bois, dans les champs j'ai utilisé 1x le spray citronnelle et cela là dissuader de recommencer. Je recommande ce produit j'ai enlevé 1 étoile car le collier n'est pas étanche et cela est vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas retirer le boîtier pour laver le collier. Mille mercis a l'inventeur de ce produit. Grâce à vous je profite de belle balade et mon autre chienne est également dissuader de faire les mêmes bêtises. 1 collier et par mimétisme l'autre revient également

The collar is great when it works. After two months of use it stopped spraying citronella and only puffs a small amount of air even after making sure the tank is full. It does nothing to stop my dog from barking now. Not worth the money.

Does not seem to be at all waterproof. Tricky for a Golden Retriever that likes to go in the water. So for the most part, it hasn't worked at all.

5 estrellas casi, la verdad que en esta semana ha sido una Maravilla. Ya puedo pasear con mi perra de 11 meses con la correa destensa, viene cuando la llamo, puedo soltarla en el campo, jugar tirándola cosas, la verdad que ene se aspecto fenomenal.A mejorar, la estanqueidad del producto. Soltarla en una finca o en el campo y estar pendiente de que no se meta en un riachuelo es todo un reto. Deberían haber utilizada una carcasa estanca en el receptor..La correa es de un color gris claro, en el momento que juegue con otro perro o se revuelque en la tierra se mancha con suma facilidad. Como la correa trae remaches, no se puede lavar aparte y es complicado limpiar la correa si mojar el receptor.Hay dos modelos y en la información dispo nible no queda claro cual es la diferencia entre ellos.A mejorar, el alcance, 300 mts se me hace algo limitado sobre todo en un entorno con obstáculos como un bosque.Aún así, yo estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados.

The product works well enough. Battery life an issue. I need to pair remote and do not have instructions that came with unit. In all the the WWW there is nothing to show how to do this. Maker has no web site that helps

The device works very well and has helped with training my dog, the citronella spray feature works best for my dog, the range is excellent as my dog tends to run a long way and haven’t had any issues with the spray not working when she runs quite far and I had contacted the company whom come back to me with a very prompt reply, all in all definitely recommend this product.

We wanted a gentle collar that worked with a remote to get our dog to stop trying to great our neighbors dog over the wall. It works great and we only need to use the beep and vibration. He is almost cured if this habit.

I did not want to go down the electric collar route so opted for this.After about two weeks of using the collar he started returning on the sound function of the collar. Initially I used it like a traffic light system, first gave a beep, then vibrate and if all else fails use the citrinella spray, and boy does that stop him in his tracks.I have used it from 20wks old and do not use the citrinella unless his behaviour is out of control, now it is very rarely used. It has been used to curb his barking at people as well as any other anti social behaviour and also to stop him when he does a dart for the gate.He has really mellowed with this collar, which is hardly ever needed now and it has not affected his personality, he is still a loving and now more obedient dog.Update 19/07/2023Highly recommend the seller, I had a problem that one of the collars was starting to fray, the seller immediately credited me for a replacement. Cannot ask for more that that!

For my dogs (a 70 lb golden retriever age 6, a 50 lb weimaraner mix age 3, and a maltipoo age 1 at 9 lbs), these collars worked to stop my dogs from barking and worked quickly. In less than a week, the dogs had stopped barking at passing people and dogs. I would put the collars on the dogs for about an hour before using the citronella spray. I also made sure to use one consistent command and to praise each dog immediately after that particular pup stopped barking. I used the collars on only the MANUAL setting with the provided remote. The remote was important because I did not want to risk the barking of one dog setting off the collars of the other dogs when in automatic mode. I only used the training features of the collars inside the house. My one suggestion to the company….manufacture a remote that could work with three collars so that I would not need to wear two remotes around my neck.

Update:I had an issue with the new collar. The company stepped up to the plate and sent me a replacement. I recommend that you try this collar as a humane training device.This collar is a terrific training aid for our 9 month old 60 pound Golden Retriever. He has (almost) stopped counter surfing, and eating mud and grass. He drops whatever he has in his mouth when he's told, leaves-it-alone when told.However, after a month an a half of use the collar will not respond to the remote. And it's 18 days over the refund date.I've tried to contact the seller, to no avail. However Amazon has agreed to a return and refund of the item.I've already ordered a new one. Maybe this one will last until our pup is old enough he doesn't need it anymore!Further update...July 2024The replacement collar developed a crack, allowing the citronella to escape. I contactedThe POllOPY Companyand once again they came through and sent me a replacement. I could not recommend POllOPY higher. Terrific customer service!! Thank you POllOPY!

I have two Bark Machine 9000s, aka Corgis. We live in a first floor apartment and they will bark if a mouse farts in the woods a mile away. I am pretty good at ignoring things but I work from home as a sales person and they were driving me nuts on sales calls.I didn't want to use a shock collar and I also didn't want something that would go off when I didn't want it too and confuse the dogs.This thing is PERFECT. There are 3 levels, a beep, a vibrate, and a puff of citronella I can't even smell but the dogs must be able to. I control when it goes off.The point is to not for the dogs never to bark, but to only bark once, or if there is actually something unusual. But also to shut up when I tell them too.I never thought it was possible but it took TWO WEEKS and I don't even NEED the collar anymore. I started by saying QUIET when they barked and then did the beep when they didn't be quiet. Now they bark SO MUCH LESS and if they do, I say QUIET and they shut up.Just buy it. Don't think about it.
