They're a bit of a pain to instal, but simply warming the hyfax with a hair dryer or heat gun allows you to bend them up the front of the sled. Having a second pair of hands helps a whole lot and installing prior to assembling the shanty makes life easier as well. These are a must have on any shanty I've owned..

Don’t be fooled by the picture. Even on the box it says stainless steel with a picture but these are in fact plastic. (Expensive plastic)

Product works as should, despite my clam leaning forward due to the hight difference with the runners. Would recommend spacing the runners as far as you can.

Didn't even come with bolts or instructions. Also one of my runners has a chunk missing in the corner.

My only complaint about this is that the mounting screws could have been shorter. Since it is a specific use product they know the thickness of the sled and should have sent appropriate length screws. I had to ground the tops of the screws off so they didn't protrude into the sled seat tract. They do the main job of protecting the bottom of the sled great, which is what I bought them for.
