Process

The transmission side clutch cover, made of 6061 aluminum, is meticulously CNC machined, sandblasted, and anodized to achieve a retro black finish with a unique texture. Its concave sections are precisely cut using CNC milling cutters, blending frosted black and glossy black elements for a striking visual effect.

Body Material

The transmission side clutch cover is constructed from 6061 aluminum and incorporates a Clarity surface made of high-temperature resistant PC board. It is securely sealed with an oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant fluoroplastic O-ring.

Clarity PC Board

The Clarity PC board measures 6mm in thickness, providing robust impact resistance, high-temperature resilience up to 257°F, and exceptional transparency.

Like I stated in my review for the top transmission cover it brings appearance to life but DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN OR SPRAY BRAKE CLEANER on it because it will etch the inside of plastic c-thru and turn it to white haze.And it’s best to go to hardware store and pick up some washers and put on each screw. The washer gives more area for the small screws to tighten and seal the clear piece.I’ve tried just about everything to get that white haze gone but it’s etched into it.Other than that it’s a pretty cool cover and helps make things look more modern.
