Had to experiment with removing the filling a bit to find the right level of firmness for my body, but once I did it has been a great addition to my floor sitting practice (and to just use when on the floor with my kids).

I like to sit on the floor and purchased this pillow to do so. It is very firm. I haven't decided if I want to to remove some of the buckwheat yet.

I gave this as a gift to someone who meditates daily, and they are very pleased with it! It's very well made, comfortable for them to sit on, and a beautiful deep rich color that is inviting to the eye and eases into the surrounding decor nicely. All in all, I'd say it's wonderful! This is a well made cushion. It’s very comfortable to sit on. I can tell this will last a long time based on the fabric used. Color is as seen on Amazon. I picked the natural color to match my decor. Depending on your preference you can actually remove some of the filling but I like the way it is.

The cover is easily removable for washing. It sits nicely with its matching zabuton.

I am very happy with this cushion! The quality is wonderful and I love the green colour, although all of the other options look good as well. I have felt much more comfortable meditating with this and have also been using it for other moments of stillness such as when listening to a podcast or even doing skincare.

This zabuton is very densely packed with hulls and nicely stitched. Very happy with it.

Das Meditationskissen mit seiner Füllung aus Buchweizen ist weder zu hart noch zu weich, die Höhe passt genau für mich.Ich hoffe der Bezug behält auch nach dem Waschen seine Form. und Farbe.

Bovete kan vara et bra fyllnadsmaterial för en zafu. Är meditationskudden väldigt liten blir det dock motsatt effekt; materialet trycks ihop och kudden upplevs som väldigt hård. Så är det gällande denna kudde tyvärr.

Ho appena iniziato con la meditazione, ho provato qualche sessione con un cuscino 'da terra', poi ho deciso di comprare uno zafu. Ammetto di aver scelto questo per il rapporto qualità-prezzo: è uno dei pochi ad avere una doppia fodera (pur costando meno di altri che non hanno questo plus) il che vuol dire che la fodera esterna è comodamente lavabile e che l'imbottitura di grano saraceno (contenuta a sua volta in un'altra foderina color ecrù con zip) si può togliere e mettere con una semplicità disarmante... Arriva bello imbottito, ho provato una volta ad usarlo così, poi ne ho tolto un pochino ed ho trovato sia più confortevole, ma questo è del tutto soggettivo; consiglio in ogni caso di conservare il grano saraceno che togliete in un sacchettino da cucina, anche se questo tipo di imbottitura in teoria non si schiaccia con l'uso, non si sa mai.Il tessuto è un bel cotone consistente, ho scelto il blu avio che è una tinta jeans stupenda. La seduta è morbida al punto giusto e fa si che la schiena stia ben dritta, ma senza sforzi. Che dire, sono una neofita ma sono proprio contenta del mio acquisto, tanto che penso acquisterò anche lo zabuton per star comoda con le gambe e il bolster per fare yin yoga!
