I use this to make sourdough and I love it. It cleans easily I can prep dough for two loaves.

Good Purchase ! love the quality and great for salad..You not able to use alot water on this product! So it for certain items! I used for salads!

I rarely review products, but I just had to on this one. I bought this produce because I eat salad everyday, and I need a large salad bowl as greens take up lot of space. This product is good in that it's very light weight. I don't use salad dressing. I use olive oil only. After a month of use, it developed cracks and it leaks olive oil from the bottom. I liked this, but it's not functional.

I love this bamboo bowl, not only the color but it is large ennough to fit an entire bag of apples + an entire bag of mandarin oranges and bananas! It is stylish, sturdy and a nice decorative look to be sitting on a table. Cleaning it is very easy, I just wipe down with a damp cloth and it is like new again. I do not put in dishwasher as I would assume it would damage it.
