This is a very nice alternative to the generic soft leather sales folio. There isn't a ton of extra room, but I don't need it. I just use it to hold a notepad, some business cards, and a couple of pens. It has a calculator that I can display BOOBIES on, and make myself chuckle during boring presentations.I don't know if I'll ever use the light. I don't usually write things in the dark, but I'm sure that it might come in handy. Whatever.UPDATE: The light stopped working after a month. As I said before, I didn't care about the light to begin with.

typically would have gotten a leather one but in this case thought why not try this one out. Very durable and easy to clean. love the tape measure holder, works great for a laser as well.

This made a perfect gift for a friend who is a contractor. I bought a measuring tape for the front and put some of those wood carpenter pencils inside. the light inside as well as the calculator is a great function. Great gift and high quality.
