In a rush before Xmas I ordered this without realising the size was in cm and not inches and... I am not even sure why something this small even exists. And it was 30$ which is what sold me on it being larger. So. Ultimately my error for not properly reading but my lord, this is useless.

This item arrived with broken glass dome, and I'm not surprised since the glass is paper thin. The glass is so think I can't imagine using it for any application except leaving it empty. I would not recommend purchasing this at all. So cheaply made.

I have several pieces of Welo Opal (must stay in water) that are contained in this globe. It is an amazing art piece. Just a bit of care as the glass is pretty thin is needed. The rubber stopper works, but could be a problem if removed several times. No issues yet.

I was looking up a cheap way to replace a snow globe broken 30 years ago. I found this and set aside the hobby store kit. This makes my limited edition Disney Snow globe look better than the original.

I purchased the 80mm and 65mm for my oddities, as they were the best deal I can currently find.Sized appropriately, more so a learning curve for me; learning the differences in sizes.They were stronger than other reviews made them out to be; they’re glass so use common sense with how much pressure you apply and what surfaces you’re working on.I found working with the 80mm was a breeze, but I really struggled with the stopper on the 65mm. I had to end up using a needle to relieve pressure and allow the stopper to get suctioned in- Be careful using this method as the rubber does not reseal after being poked. I applied a gorilla glue to holes (view photo). -*Pro Tip* If you desire no bubbles; seal your topped off globe in a bigger container filled with the desired liquid.With the product itself, I saw no flaws/bubbles in the glass. The base has been able to withstand my alcohol baths.I’m grateful they were able to withstand my abuse. I adore the final look and will keep the shop in mind for future globe purchases.

The snow glove was way smaller than I thought it would be. Still ended up using it but kind of ruined the craft I was making. This snow glove is tiny
