The edge of this can easily be picked off the outlet by a toddler. Also the inserted pieces of plastic came out with burn marks. Not enough of a deterrent for the fire risk.

They look so much better than the traditional ones, and when you need to use one outlet, the cover hangs there in the other outlet, so you don't have to go looking for it! I'm going to send some to my cousin.

covers standard outlets well, but I purchased hoping it would also block outlets with USB access. Unfortunately, it does not. However, it makes installation for plugs where you won't use either port very easy. The bridge in the middle is flexible so it's convenient to pop one half in and then the other. Tabs on the tops and bottoms allow for good grip to pull them out and I don't have to mess with figuring out how to pop them off without hurting myself.

I am getting ready to list my house, I have almond outlets with white covers and I didn't want to take the time (and money) to swap them all out. These perfectly cover the almond outlets and match the white cover!The are strong enough my toddlers cannot open them but not so tight it is difficult for me. Overall I am very happy with these! I like them much better than the clear plugs I had before. They have a curved edge to get a hold of, so I don't feel like I'm going to snap a nail off every time I need an outlet!
