My child’s seat came apart in an unsafe manner and when approached about this, customer service would only replace parts or give me a partial refund. I later asked if I could put money toward another seat (uncomfortable to buy another Ozzi) and they would only allow me to put money toward an oobr to take further advantage. I was told the money could not go to an olli seat. Most importantly, there was a refusal to look into this seat to see if there was some issue that should be resolved going forward.

Really wanted to love this seat. The cushioning is outstanding! Very easy to connect to vehicles latch. But there is a large gap between the seat in my 2022 Highlander and the booster due to the ridged latch system. Most of my child’s rear was hanging off causing discomfort and slouching. I tried two other brands of seats whose latch systems allowed the seat to snug up to the vehicle’s seat. Also would be nice if seat were a little larger and had cup holders.

We started my now 8yo in the foonf as soon as he was able, my daughter started with the infant insert at birth. This is just as good as the rest!

While looking for a backless booster safety us still my number one priority. This makes me feel ease knowing and buying this for my 6 year old. Very well made and has excellent reviews. Cloth is plush, and sits a little higher than others which is nice because my son can now see out his car window….. overall great but great product.
