Overall good quality, only wish the pading was thicker. It rattles around loosely. Quick did with some rubber weather stripping around the back fixed it.

The quality of this hitch cover is just as described.It looks great on the back of the Saturn Outlook.I also purchased a lockable pin from Master Lock with this.
