The nutcracker was delivered on time. The quality is good however, the trim on the hat was not on when it was received I had to glue it on.

When I took it out of the box every piece fell right off. Had to glue it back together.

The top of his hat is supposed to be painted red with a Strawberry on top .The first one I received did not have the red painted strawberry design and strawberry was on crooked . Requested a replacement and the second one was just a bad. I returned them both . Would have enjoyed this. But product received was never painted correctly . No quality control .

Bought for neice as she started a collection. She loves it very cute nice details classic looking. That being said isnt the most durable of the ones she has as long as she keeps it away from where it can be damaged on a shelf it will be okay but not meant to be handling otherwise purely for show/decoration

Outside of thinking it was going to be a little taller I love it. It was packaged correctly for as fragile as it is and the product is very nice and goes with my collection. I’ll buy again

Every year I buy a nutcracker for my boys. After 18 years, it gets hard to find new nutcrackers without spending a lot of money. I think this one was the perfect addition as my youngest loves strawberries. It was affordable and even more beautiful in person. I look forward to finding nutcrackers from this vendor next year!

Thought this nutcracker was a great deal for the price! I am a music teacher who is teaching the story of "The Nutcracker" and wanted to have a nutcracker to show my students. I love that its mouth opens using a lever on the back just like a real nutcracker. This was exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Thank you!
