Newly manufactured. Very adjustable. If it is rated the way the tag says it is very safe.The harness looks and feels good. The stiching is tight and looks good. Material feels good.Not a big wall harness you want to spend a long time in. But for shuttling the kids around on a homemade zipline. It works great. And I might actually grab this to use for gym climbing.

I would not recommend this seat. It is lacking in adjustability and the adjustments that you can make have to be made before you slide it on because you cannot move them once you slide it on. As a result, you cannot get the seat tight enough to be safe. I feel much more secure tying my own seat with rope over this seat.

Used with a zipline during a multi-night musical performance and all of the practices for it. Sturdy, reasonably quick to change, and Mary Poppins and Bert both survived without injury. When I ordered, this was the cheapest option. I'd order again if needed.
