First I like that the pouches are heavyweight. However the pouches leaked water (the 4 that I used) and all were properly sealed. I was using them to protect single pieces of paper, and it did not work. It might keep the occasional splash off it, but does not work outside in the rain. Would not buy again

These are extremely durable "zip seal" envelopes or document bags with a single punch on the top to hang the pouch the listing states for shop purposes however, I use these to store my scrap paper and embellishments in my closet on my pegboard wall so that I can quickly see whats in them and have ready access to my crafting items. I give 4 stars instead of 5 for one issue I had, the bags come sealed and they are so strong that I cannot pull apart the zipper seal, I have a pinch nerve that causes some pretty severe numbness in my fingers and as a result some things have become a bit more tricky but these are EXTREMELY difficult to separate don't get me wrong I'd definitely buy them again they are excellent quality I had to have my husband separate them for me, he struggled with a few of them as well but they would certainly protect your documents and items from liquids and debris very efficiently and again the CLARITY is remarkable!Please let me know if this is helpful, I'm curious how many people truly read the entire reviews like i do!

We use these in our Food Pantry. We place all of the clients info in the bag. When our clients come to the front they need certain paperwork. After front room processing our clients have a tendency of placing their photo ids, ssi cards, proof of residency back in their pockets (after being reminded to keep it out) and would take up to 3 minutes to find them when they went back to a counselor. This way we reduce the processing time by up to 3 minutes.Update 7-13-17 Second order (the packaging was horrendous) the product is great! Is being used in our Clothing Closet as above for same information. The Clothing Closet distributes clothing to the homeless and those who in need.

I believe they are working okay. I got them for someone else, and they haven't said they don't work, so I am hopeful they are doing the job.
