Lock are hard to lock. Feels like you are going to break key off in lock. Just put together, going to see if some lubricant will help. Did not have any at time at location. Poor instructions.

Product is fine. Not heavy duty, but as expected. Assembly instructions were cryptic and hard to follow. Very frustrating.

None of the holes matched and we had to make new ones, Horrible! We bought TWO ITEMS of this brand and both were the same! Unfortunately the return would be also a nightmare since they were half way almost done. DO MOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND!!!!

I was really looking forward to this product because I needed a locked drawer and cabinet for my classroom. I did read the reviews and they were very mixed so I took the chance. Well I am super disappointed. First, the directions are awful. Second, the drawer lock does not lock and yes it’s put together right. Third, the wood is very cheap and the screws pretty much rip right through it. I already have it together and I hope this company will make it right.

This is a great little cabinet. It is a bit hard to assemble, for a normal person like me, :) as the instructions are not clear enough. But it is sturdy, lock system works well. I didn't attach the wheels, as my space was limited, but it is not too heavy to carry around if needed. Overall I am happy with this purchase, definitely better than expected, considering the price point.

Super hard to put together. Instructions are horribly unclear. The top drawer won’t lock probably because we (yea it took two of us and lots of WTF?! moments) put the top on wrong and now that it’s nailed to the back, I just give up.How do you return something so huge, after it’s assembled? You can’t, so I’ll make due. If you purchase this get a crew of carpenters and engineers together for assembly.Note: They will be frustrated so pay attention to the outside of the box with the glass of wine telling you to read all the directions before assembling.

It comes in a box all in pieces that you have to put together. My husband spent about 2 hrs. with my help. It has instructions but they are not very clear. Once we got it together though we were very happy with it. It's exactly what we needed and it looks nice. It's sturdy and the locks work well.
