I bought these arm guards to protect myself when my autistic teenager gets violent. The padding only covers the top of the arm and I wish it covered the bottom, too, and it's a little more rigid than I would like, but mostly it is helpful. I'm a small female adult and the size Large fits pretty well.

This is a great forarm and hand guard for karate. Purchased these for my kids because they don't have any straps to deal with. For the price, you can't go wrong. Only getting 4 stars because they are a tad smaller than expected. They still fit, but I'll have to buy new ones sooner than expected.

These were a nice upgrade from the elastic strap version. Sparing days are tearfree now due to the ease and comfort this gear provides. 10/10

My daughter just told me these are too small for her. She’s an average size for a 9 yr old. I wish she would have told me a s this is a day after the return window closed.

We bought this for our son to cover and help protect his cast. He got a fracture on his lower arm and he was cleared to play with his cast on. These have been a life saver to let him play football this season :)
