This tape measure is a bit wider than some. The most important thing is the silence. The tape pulls out quietly as far as you want. No clicking!! It stays put until you are ready to retract it. Just press the side of the case. This is also silent. The tape is printed in very clear markings.

Clover (made in Japan) is the gold standard for sewing tapes. It’s the only one I use, and I carry it with me regularly. There is no substitute! It’s worth the money.

At first I thought this tape measure was kind of big and chunky but now I really like it. It’s sturdy and well made like all of the other Clover products I own. I feel like it will last for a long time.

This tape has exceeded my expectations. I crochet and I need a measuring tape that is easy to read, use, and stays put without retracting. This one does all of those things.

I hardly write reviews but after contacting the company and getting zero response I felt I should let others know my experience. I purchased this item in May 2021 and have only used it several times. When I went to use it the last time it pulled out and I can not put it back in. I love the sturdiness of the tape and if it would of kept working it would of been a favorite. If anyone here knows how I can retract it back , any suggestions will be appreciated since this company did not even get back to me.
