The clutch disc was damaged (chip and missing pieces on outer edges) from the shipping and handling. The clutch was just put in a box with a plastic bag and patching peanuts. The parts were not secured in the box.The clicking sound is from one of the bearings. I think it is the clutch release bearing. Put I will now need to change the clutch set again. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE.

For the price you can't go wrong, although I haven't put to many miles on it, it bites into the flywheel, only down side was the throw out bearing, would definitely buy a better quality bearing, the one that it comes with did not last, you can start hearing it after a couple thousand miles or so, other than that the fibers on the clutch itself seem well composited and the spring plate itself looks well made and sturdy only time will tell how many miles I will get out of it. If your on a tight pinch will get you back up and going though.

Pedal is really light, hopefully that’s not indicative of clamping force. Install is hard, clutch fit perfectly, working as it should. Pedal is very light and clutch Let’s out higher than expected but it’s not broken in yet either

While it does function and makes my jeep drive able it is not of very good quality. The is inconsistent pressure in my clutch pedal as well as a vibration. It is as though the throw out bearing has deformed bearings. When I first left the shop the pedal was smooth and super soft. A day or two later I noticed the pedal would be soft when first starting off for the day but after the first shift sequence the pedal would loose range of motion and tighten up. Now there is a continuous vibration and an occasional squaking in the clutch. I would recommend finding a higher quality set.

I installed this clutch in my 2012 Wrangler JK Sport about 10,000 miles ago and it's still working great. I was a bit skeptical because the price was so low. But at less than half the price of all the other clutches on the market I had more to gain than to lose. My biggest concern was the throw out bearing because they have a habit of going bad on JKs(My old one was making noise).Installation was pretty much standard operating procedure(after getting around the typical rusty Jeep bolts on my rig). Just make sure you get your flywheel resurfaced or replaced(resurfacing cost me around $50 at a local shop). I did the break in around town then proceeded to take it on an 8000 mile cross country road trip with no issues.It's worked great so far and the throw out bearing is smooth and quiet. No complaints and very happy with the price point.

Can't believe the value of this damn thing. For the price of an expensive dinner I have a new clutch in my 2012 wrangler. Install went ok, but that isn't the clutch manufacturer's fault. It's stupid Jeep's fault for putting the wiring harness right above the bellhousing where it can get pinched on reinstallation.Clutch feels super light now, which is pretty normal and should be stiffening up in the coming weeks. Time will tell how the clutch lasts, but for now I'm super impressed this company can be even making a profit off these things. For $160 and free shipping and a weekend of back pain and cussing I have another clutch that will hopefully last another 100k miles.

Bought my jeep used and after installing this clutch kit it drives better than it ever did. Can’t really comment on the longevity since it’s only been on a few weeks now but seems very well made and I don’t see any reason it shouldn’t last for a long time. For the price I’m shocked at the quality this clutch offers.
