How to Clean the Fuel System?
For hose line connection methods with and without return hose, Please refer to the manual in the "Product guides and documents" section of the product detail page.
- Add the cleaning agent into the stainless steel bottle, connect the compressed air to the air inlet of the washer and adjust the pressure to 40-50PSI, check whether there is oil leakage at the connection, start the engine to start cleaning;
- Drain out the pressure in the bottle after flushing, and then disconnect the cleaning tool. Restore all of the pipes of the fuel system and check there have no leaking.
- Note: The carburetor cleaning method is the same as the EFI cleaning method, the pressure is 1-5PSI, too high pressure will damage the carburetor needle valve and cause too much oil into the combustion chamber.
How to Clean the Catalytic Converter?
- Use a throttling vacuum adsorption device for cleaning, and one end of the device is sheathed in the engine intake manifold (note: do not insert into the brake vacuum pipe).
- After preheating the car for 5 minutes, run it at idle speed, slowly open the ball valve, let the detergent enter the manifold very slowly, after 20-40 minutes after cleaning, increase the throttle to 3000-4500RPM, run at air speed for a few minutes, and the dirt will be dissolved Or burn or discharge from the exhaust pipe after strong oxidation.
- Preheat the car, connect the suspension tube to the three-way catalytic cleaning agent; insert the equipment needle into the PCV vacuum tube; start the engine, open the equipment control valve, and make the cleaning fluid drop in the window.
- Idle the engine until the chemical solution is washed; turn off the engine after cleaning, and reconnect the pipeline. Run the engine at an idle speed of 2000 for 5-10 minutes, and drain the residual liquid.
How to Clean the Throttle Body?
- Start the engine, put the engine at idle speed until the engine is working stably, and then turn off the engine.
- Open the oil filler cap of the cleaning equipment, pour a bottle of cleaning agent into the cleaning equipment bottle, tighten the cap, hang the cleaning equipment on the engine cover, and close the ball valve switch on the oil outlet pipe.
- Disconnect the intake pipe from the closest valve, start the engine, and put it in a high idle state, usually the engine runs at 1500 rpm.
- Install the atomizing nozzle on the oil outlet pipe of the cleaning equipment, put it on the air inlet pipe, and slowly open the ball valve on the oil outlet pipe of the cleaning equipment until the liquid sprays out from the nozzle.
- Keep the speed at 1500 rpm to clean the carbon deposits in the engine intake system.
- After cleaning, turn off the engine and reconnect the intake pipe.
NOTE
- Please check whether the connecting parts of the fuel injector cleaner tool are loose or broken before use.
- Check the bottle mouth gasket, the nozzle white gasket and the "O" ring on the joint that needs to be disassembled frequently. Once damaged, it must be replaced in time.
- Do not bump the fuel injector cleaner tool violently. If the pressure gauge is deformed and the needle is stuck, do not twist the pressure regulating valve too hard, otherwise the pressure regulating valve will be damaged if it exceeds the adjustment.
- After use, return the pressure regulating valve to zero.
- Do not put the fuel injector cleaning kit in the toolbox when it is stored, but hang it up as much as possible to ensure that the residual liquid of the fuselage evaporates quickly.

It did a great job for cleaning my fuel injection system. I ended up using Seafoam and then I ran some Berryman's B12 Chemtool. I had an issue with the fuel rail fitting breaking. The neck on it is machined too thin and cannot support the vibrating hose, so make sure you support the hose. Also, some of the fittings hand machining scraps in them so inspect every part before using.As others have stated the inside of the vessel is dirty. I used brake cleaner to clean it out and then I added a fuel filter in the line, which was key since even with cleaning the filter collected debris.The seller was great and sent me extra replacement fittings and email was very prompt.Overall, this is a great kit for the money and DIY user. If I had to use it weekly I would invest in a professional model perhaps.

really impressed with product. I am a shop owner and needed the tool for a car that came back because of engine build up. Did the job. lots of fitting to choose from for the fuel rail. Dont forget to choose wisely the american fitting since the other is way too big.

This is a review for CMTOOL Fuel Injector Cleaner Tool Kit 1000ML 150PSI Fuel Injection Cleaner Canister Automotive Injector Cleaner Non Dismantle Car Fuel Injection Cleaning Machine Auto Gasoline Fuel System Cleaner Kit.This kit is okay but does have issues that need to be addressed before it is a complete game changer. It will work but not as it should.All the components seem to be made very well made but if only they had done a better cleaning job after manufacture. That is so shameful, it came very dirty but yet it is supposed to clean? Kind of disappointing overall.I also had an issue with the threads, but I was able to get it connected without causing damage to my threads or theirs.The kit is very through in the parts they include, and the case is nice so you can keep everything together and know pretty quickly if you are missing anything.

It has a great selection of fittings for different vehicles, but the ones I needed were out of spec to fit Ford fuel lines. I try grease and even the oem o-rings off a male end of a fuel line and they are too big to even force. Very disappointing and I returned it.

(Il est plein de petit risidu de métal )-2 Serrer l'embout comme il faut si non ça coule.

Plan accordingly. I removed the BSP air coupler on the bottom of the regulator and applied some cutting oil to a standard NPT steel air coupler and carefully threaded it in, back and forth, a bit at a time until acceptable depth was achieved - no problem, it reshaped the threads as needed and now it has a standard NTP air coupler at the bottom for connecting the air line.If you need to further disassemble any of the other fittings for whatever reason like I did, applying a bit of heat will help, they are glued tight. I used a small butane torch - that did the trick. I was able to pick up a BSP threaded replacement gauge on ebay because that end up being defective also. Unit works ok now. Par for the course, made-in-China.
