I was unable to get any video on the monitor using the BNC inputs. Other reviewers have reported the same problem. The HDMI input worked but there is no sound. The remote is the only way to control the monitor there are no manual controls. With out the remote the monitor is un-useable.

Everything about this feels cheap but you get what you pay for.It lasted maybe 8 months and then just died one day and of course you cant get a hold of the vender for repairs or warranty.Avoid at all costs

The monitor lasted a few days past 3 months and my warranty.I am in a wheelchair and healing from cancer surgery and I need the cameras that I was using it for. I have had to buy another one from my security company. I will never buy anything from you again and will tell my Facebook friends what happened.

I returned this monitor, I couldn't get it to work with the BNC input with our CCTV. The manual didn't have the correct monitor pictured and BNC wasn't even an input option in the firmware of the monitor.

ordered 2 of these displays, neither one worked using a standard BNC input from a security camera. Remote was different, manual was for a totally different item, spent hours on these, one was dead with no OSD and the other had no video. Verified my camera source with 2 other monitors and they worked fine, BAD item overall
