The quality of the aluminum for the price is very high.Compared to other in wood, it doesn’t burn.Amazing choice!

And...this one is hands down the best chimney style smoker I've had. It's metal so I'm not burning the smoker itself into the drink. It has a cap to trap in the smoke. The basket is large and breathes well. It is easy to set up, and does not get finicky like some of the others. This is great.

Easy cleanup and does its job perfectly. Wood smokers burn and this does not!

Blows right through the wood and makes the smoke drop into the drink.Does not suffer cheaper kit having wooden screen holders. This metal housing holds the screen, instead of being wooden. Comes with extra screens to either replace, or rotate different woods.This kit had more wood... flavors? scents?.... more types of wood than other kits. The wood doesn't particularly smell in the tins, but when burnt you can tell they are different.Been happy with these.

I like the aluminum receptacle for smoking the wood chips! This seems like a far better option than the wooden options as it does not impart any additional flavor to the beverage. Because it’s aluminum, the lid gets hot! I wish there was a silicone ring or some other design element that encircles the lid (and maintains the seal). Other than that, it works perfectly for a variety of drinks, whether or not you consume alcohol, and other items (as long as you can pop them in an appropriately sized cup to contain the smoke).I don’t drink alcohol; however, this has served me well in experiments with other beverages and ingredients! There aren’t any instructions (not that you “need” them), so you have to do a few tests to determine how much of a smoky flavor you want. I had fun playing around with the timing of various food and beverage choices as well as experimenting with the different types of wood.Please note that you must have your own butane torch as this kit does not include one. It didn’t bother me because I already had one since I bake a lot and we love s’mores everything.

With this cocktail smoking kit you are paying for quality and quantity. It also looks and feels well made. This JIIGAAT smoker kit has 6 different flavors of wood chips, and two chip baskets for rotation while making drinks. This saves on wasting flavor chips when serving multiple drinks.It doesn't come with a torch but it makes up for that in quality and functionally. A torch and butane can be purchased separately and recommended.Smoking cocktail can be fun and easy once you get into your groove. In my opinion this set is a great value and perfect gift as well.
