The chair is great. But, the install instructions were vague with the gas lift part. A small clip and washer became detached during the assembly. I continued to assemble the chair and realized that part had to do with the chair being able to pumped up higher or lower. No matter, the chair is sturdy and my huge teenage son loves it. He doesn't even use that feature.However, I did contact the company to see if they could help send me a new component to attach. They have been incredibly responsive. The resolution is still being panned out, but I am confident in the chair as is and in the customer service.

Supper easy to assemble.Super comfy.Looks amazing. How ever if your small (I'm 5'2") the reclining function is hard to reach. And not much neck support.

Super comfortable. I had back pain that's why I ordered this and its super relaxing and enough wide for me. The footrest is cherry on top and loved it. Quality is great. Everything works well and easily. Assembly didn't take too much of time. Loved the product. Rotation works well too and wheels are great. Great product.

This chair is so comfy, its soft material. I upgraded the wheels to the rollerblade style as soon as I built it. instructions are online on how to build. Only took 20 mins if that. Best computer chair I've owned. For the price, its a great buy!

The chair is very soft and comfortable, the quality is very good, reading a mobile phone, no longer afraid of back pain neck pain, it is worth buying! Solid build quality. Arm rests are too low. Wings on the back of the chair ruin the upper back support, and the pillow provides decent lumbar support but nothing amazing. The foot rest is nice.All that being said, you get what you pay for, and it's a cheap chair with terrible back support. Buy at your own risk.
