I am writing this review feeling stunned by the very poor quality and material used for these pockets. The "leather" is as stiff as cardboard (no exaggeration) and I question whether it is truly leather or a manufactured material. The pockets/baskets are so stiff and dry that numerous stress cracks in the dyed finish began to form as soon as I gently flexed the baskets. There was also as crack forming at the top of one of the pockets where it's to be mounted at table level. Although the pockets were generally Dark Brown on the outside (there were some unexpected reddish tones), the insides of the baskets were sprayed with a RED dye. So, instead of seeing natural, beautiful, raw cowhide leather on the inside of the pockets, everything was RED. A TERRIBLE disappointment and they're sold at a somewhat premium price point.

Installed these on my old Brunswick, at least 30 years old, probably older. Very nice. A challenge to get aftermarket pockets on a 30+ year old table to fit, but I did it. They were the same configuration

Replaced leather pockets with pleather flaps that had deteriorated. These are full leather, and look nice - target achieved. The baskets were extremely dry when first opened, but seem to be softer after several hours in the house. Maybe the desiccant in each bag is too much!

Switched out our Pool Table pockets to black and had the table refilled. Love the new look.
