Really nice, soft collar! We learned that a thick collar can at times, rub off hair in the neck area. Rolled, thinner collars are so much nicer. This one is very handsome.

Great for the cost! My dogs are pretty rough on collars and so far this one has been super sturdy. It has withstood being wet and tugged on when playing without any signs of fraying. It also comes in a ton of great colors!

Durable, nice colour and surprising quality. Doesn't cause the fur underneath to matt. Was afraid the collars would be poor quality and the color would peel off. My dogs have worn them for months now and they still look great. The purple looks fantastic on my beautiful blonde dogs.

Das Halsband ist wunderbar weich und schön gearbeitet. Die Farbe Orange, welche ich gewählt habe, entspricht der Abbildung und ist wunderbar leuchtend. Ich hatte erst eine falsche Grösse bestellt und musste es zurück schicken. Sowohl der Hersteller als auch Amazon haben sofort sehr freundliche Unterstützung dabei geleistet. Es war überhaupt kein Problem. Vielen Dank, nun haben wir die richtige Grösse und sind sehr zufrieden.

Had rolled leather collars before for my miniature pinscher x chihuahua. It certainly was a good idea.Both of them were very comfortable with them whereas the fabric type ones were constantly scratched to, turning it all the way round. Not once since I put it on "stitch" as he lifted his back foot to it. Strong as expected a leather collar to be. More comfortable than the flat types as rolled making it thinner but stronger. Lovely colour against his black fur making it easy to see him. I have popped a kitty bell on it so I can hear him as he blends in.. He is now coming upto 5 months old.I certainly will buy only these when he out grows out of it (if he does lol) price is better than that at p@h, better quality and more choice of colours maybe a red one next time.Very good fit as he has a 7.3inch neck, plenty of holes either side of the one I have put it on.

We got this for our 8 week old puppy so he can start getting used to collars. It is very soft leather and did not irritate his neck at all. The old issue was that it was too small to hold a ID tag. Not a big deal since he wouldn't leave our side. These will be my go to collar of choice for puppies.

The leather is super soft, like not very durable. We will see in time. It's pretty; and a small fits perfect. It won't fit for long tho.I wouldn't buy again.

UPDATE: Ostensibly because of my former (two-star) review; I was contacted by the manufacturer of these collars, who informed me the collar design has been updated and asked if I would like to receive one in exchange for an updated review. I've received it and I agree that the design is significantly better now that it was. Where there were formally two layers of leather stitched together where the holes are punched there are now three, and I'm confident it will hold up very well to the tugs of my 18-pound dog. I can't vouch for the collar's strength if it were to be tested by a large/strong dog, but for any well-behaved dog up to medium or medium/large I think it would work very well.(Below is my ORIGINAL review:)I bought this for a little 18-pound rescue dog, thinking that, even if it is not the strongest collar in the world, it will work for a dog this size. But she isn't super-well-trained yet and still pulls sometimes, especially if encountering another dog, and after two walks and a couple of mighty tugs on the leash, this collar was noticeably stretched, such that I was worried about it slipping over her head. I returned it.It's very soft and supple leather, but also very thin, not very strong (I think the "rolled" section has nylon in the center, but the flat portion does not, and that's where it stretches). I can only recommend this for the very smallest of dogs, and also for cats.
