This product is good but the brackets can’t go into window frame without a hammer & I had to put a nail into the hole on top. It will work for me as my curtains are light. It might go into a window frame if the window is new. My house is old & has been painted over many times! Thank goodness there’s a hole on the side & the top!

They have a little part on the back that is supposed to slide between the wall and window frame….my windows are caulked, so I stuck it down as best I could. They’re crooked but they hold. Also the piece that holds the curtain rod is too short, so the rod is just held by the top hole. Again, it works, but not the way it should.

Product was good but only last a month. We're the rod sits the hook part was not set sturdy. Came home to rod with product hook broken off and my curtains on the floor. Very cheaply made.

Complete waste of money. They fit perfect on the frame but the curtains don't stay attached and cause more stress than needed because they spin trying to put the rod on. Don't waste your money like I did. My son somehow taped them on his window until I can get ones that don't move.

These seem great on theory, but they did not work for me. The metal bracket is too wide for my older framed windows. I thought they could still be convinced using a well placed hammer blow, but the metal is too thin to do that with. Since they were relatively inexpensive I will be donating them to someone instead of returning them.

You actually hammer the item onto the edge of your wood work. It does not hurt the wood work and no nails are needed. The back of it has a Little metal edge that slides behind the wood work. The curtain rod just attaches to it. Worked great and no damage done, no holes, easy to install.
