When in Europe, I used to buy the fabled Cire 213, of the National Library of France, manufactured for book leather covers, but useful for any genuine leather products.I looked around for a USA-made product with a similar list of ingredients, and found this. I can affirm it’s just as good, it makes shoes, purses, belts (and, yes, book leather covers) come to life once again, in a wonderfully matte way — you can always apply shine in case you need it. The balm has already “resurrected” several pairs of shoes, and a seriously worn bag.Thank you to the manufacturers!

I was looking for something natural to condition my horse tack with and this is it! This product thoroughly conditioned my saddles and bridles and didn't leave behind the sticky/oiliness that some other products do.
