We used this paint as a way to quickly paint the background for our entry in a "chalk walk" competition. We were told that it was the only paint allowed, as it offers a temporary solution that does not damage the sidewalk. Color was bright, however, do know that it does not cover a lot of area with just one container. Make sure to plan ahead and purchase more, if this is your intended use for it!

I'm using this tempera powder to make egg paint for an art project. I've used 5 colors so far and each one mixed very well into the egg mixture to create a smooth clump free paint. Would buy again.

The lid was loose and I wound up with 20% of the powder in the bag and when I opened the bag....what a mess. The picture is after I rinsed off the jar to get all the loose powder off. Just not right. Not only am I short product but I'm still sponging powder off the table.

I watch over 7 to 15 kids most days. I put a little powder in small containers, add water, and let the kids go for it. They each get their own “set” of colored paint. When they’re done, I just gather up and throw away the small (2 oz) containers. But this is a LOT of paint. Great product, great value!

I bought this for a science project for my daughter. The product worked but the bottle was not full. It had no seal. I feel that they are selling unused product.

I decided to give this a try after throwing out many bottles of dried-out liquid tempera paint. This is more economical because it allows you to mix up just the right amount you need. The powder keeps indefinitely. You can also make the consistency thinner and thicker to your liking. It mixes up quickly and smoothly. The tempera paint washes out easily for worry-free kids crafts. I won't be throwing out any more dried-out bottles!
