I purchased these for fat biking in the winter and they’ve worked great. The sole’s tread pattern is similar to that of a flat pedal mtb shoe, allowing these boots to grip my flats securely. I typically wear a US size 9.5 street shoe and the size 10 in this model allowed room to add a reflective insole for added warmth. I’ve worn these comfortably in temperatures down to 20 degrees F, and that’s from a guy with notoriously cold-sensitive feet. Based on my experience in the snow they are indeed waterproof. Throw in that they’re lightweight and good looking and you’ve got the total package with these boots from Columbia (the company, not the country—they are made in Vietnam). My only niggle is that the heel tab is a single piece of leather (faux?) rather than a more functional loop. Not even close to a deal breaker for this remarkably functional winter boot.

I really love these boots. They are casual enough for every day wear and really are waterproof!I’ve always thought about getting another pair in a different color. Even I would buy these again just so I have a back up pair just in case these get worn out.They are warm, waterproof and very comfortable. They even look great!Highly recommended!

Bought these before it got in to the teens at night. Kirkland wool socks and feet were mostly toasty all day. Great grip in the snow and ice for me, looks to be soft rubber with grippys. A little slippery on wet tile. I ordered a size up and think it was the right move, may want to run two pairs of socks. Socks are a bit moist after a day at work.Much more comfortable than I thought they would be, these are my first Columbia shoes/boots and I’d like to explore more if they’re all this good.

I sent these particular ones back and got the current year edition as they had sizes available in the wider widths. Pretty warm and my feet have felt good down to single digits (Fahrenheit) here in the North East. Waterproof with mo leaks so far and I've been wearing these pretty much every day for 2 months in rain and snow. Dog walks, errands, shoveling, they've been amazing. If you have a narrower foot and can get the older ones (almost exactly the same except for colors) then they are an absolute steal. They are also so light you barely feel them.

These are great and exactly what I was looking for. True to size, requires bit of working in. I’m 8.5 and they felt tight at first but after pretty much 2 days of wearing them they are now absolutely perfect. Full star review.

Thank you Columbia! I bought my son his kids version of these and bought these for myself for this season. Great choices! This boot is sleek, stylish, and keeps the functions of keeping my feet warm, dry, and with traction to walk in snow, ice, rain, and sleet. I got them one size bigger so that I could wear thicker socks and it was a good idea. The insoles are very comfortable and I am pleased with this boot. Even when time to get another pair I think I found my boots.

Title says it all. Toes of both boots damp with soaked through socks after 2 hours walking city sidewalks with intermittently unshoveled snowy paths. It would be a shame to wear these out in ungroomed conditions hiking or in a place where getting your wet toes warm again would be difficult. Otherwise, warm when dry and look sleek.

A bit disappointed in Amazon on this one. You would think when you spend full price on a pair of boots you would receive all of the original packaging and tags and not be left questioning if this was a return or knockoff product. However my boots arrived in a "second hand box made of fully recycled material because the original box was destroyed during shipment" not only that, besides there being no original packaging or tags to speak of, the color of these boots appear blue and not the "graphite" (what I would consider dark grey) color as shown in the pictures. I'm not one to normally complain, but here is a Columbia shoe that IS grey to compare side by side.So far after a day of wearing, they do seem to be comfortable and did need a little bit of break in (I wear an 11w) initial fit was tight around the bridge of my foot, but I feel as though they will conform to the shape of my foot quickly. They have been nice and warm and my only complaint is what was previously stated. I'm curious if anyone else has ordered the "graphite/moss" color and have been disappointed by what arrived at the door.

As i started wearing the shoes regularly it started losing the side grip i never thought Columbia shoes would be that bad,i will recommend not to purchase and waste your money on this shoe,guys honestly its not a good shoes to buy.Thankyou.🙏
