Very nice shoes, comfortable for a lot of walking, made of leather, so they are quite waterproof for a short walk, but not intended for walking in a river. Overall, nice and caring shoes at an excellent price, and most importantly, Amazon's service. runing to buy.

This my 2nd pair of Columbia shoes. It is lightweight and looks very pleasing. Good for daily walking use and also suitable for trekking.

So far pretty good.Got these a few days ago, and wore them yesterday for a short outing, with thick socks.The fit is good, but they do rub my ankle bone from the front a fair bit. Basically the ankle cutout is too far towards the back, and not deep enough towards the front. If ankle bone rub is a common issue for you, these are not recommended. I'm going to try them with a bit thicker sole next time, and the break-in period might soften that area.Materials look and feel very good, the sole feels very nice and solid and sufficiently flexible without being too stiff or too soft. Looks very promising.I would recommend these, with the caveat that if ankle bone rub is an issue for you, these may be problematic.

My last pair of casual outdoor walking shoes was way way past their prime. And this brand/model is great replacement. I wanted low cut shoes for outdoor activities. These fit the bill for my intended use. These shoes are good for outdoor improved trails or campsites. I would get higher topped shoes for more challenging ground. I also wanted limited lugs on sole to avoid getting mud collected. These were OK but as seen in photos I still picked up some. Once mud dries I expect it to fall off next time walking. Shoes come in regular shoe box packed with paper and then put in larger box. See photo. I selected shoe size/width the same as current shoes and they fit just right.

They’re confortable. Good for hiking, water resistant but no water proof. I follow the size guide from Columbia's website and the fit was perfect. They slip, very nice quality and can be styled with anything. Excellent value for the money.
