These have been fantastic hiking shoes! I made a trip to North Carolina and went on a lot of nature trails. I have lower back issues and these were so comfortable that my back never did hurt. They were very warm when we went hiking in 30 degree weather. I highly recommend these shoes!

I was skeptical about buying a new brand of shoe (typically buy New Balance) but I'm really happy with these shoes! They're comfortable, fit great and keep my feet dry in wet conditions. I bought another pair of Columbia shoes that I'm happy with also.

Chaussures de marche qui ressemblent à des basquets. Elles adhérent en terrain boueux. Impermeables oui mais pas sur qu'elles résistent au passage d'un ruisseau. Attention à la taille : je fais du 36/361/2 et la taille me correspondant : 37 1/2. Elles sont super confortables. Bref de bonnes chaussures de marche pour des randonnées modérées avec l'avantage d'un look citadin

Regretfully, I like the looks of these shoes and my choice of gray --- they seem to run short - even a 9.5, when some I have worn are 9`s ---- unusual for me in choosing shoes. The toe area didn`t feel roomy enough with regular weight socks, so couldn`t wear warmer ones in winter in these shoes. I am an upper age Sr. and my feet are more sensitive as I age, so shoe shopping can be more of a challenge. I didn`t feel like trying a size 10 in case the rest of the foot bed would not be appropriate under foot. Never have needed a 10 shoe before --- I am not a big person. So, looking to find another gray sneaker type shoe eventually.

I’ve been wearing the Columbia Hiking Shoe on a few hikes, and they’ve been solid. They were comfortable from the start, and the waterproofing holds up well—I’ve walked through some wet trails and my feet stayed dry.

These are the best shoes I have ever had in my life. They can handle rough terrain but are lightweight. They are WATERPROOF but are also breathable. They’re highly functional but kinda cute. And the insides feel like pillows on your feet!

I find these shoes the perfect fit (true to size). They are stylish and comfortable with good cushioning. I haven't yet walked on loose or slippery surfaces, but the grip looks good. Bottoms are solid but do flex.
