After going without for a few years because of fear to self-install we just went for it one day - arrived quickly - the Husband appeared to not have any problems installing it - there were no adjectives - fit in snug and puts off a lot of heat - the thermostat is a great feature the glow is calming.

Had plumbers (gas installers) put mine in after they informed me that nothing was wrong with the gas supply, my old logs were kaput. Ordered these and they had zero problems installing them, worked great. Excellent directions . Love the remote control. They look good, as well. They were packaged well and everything was clearly labeled.

Absolutely love the look of this ventless gas firelog set! Easy to out together & works great! Says it heats up to 1400 sf, our game is 2000 sf & we can feel it upstairs when it's on. Great value.

These logs are very pretty and natural looking! The glowing embers beneath the logs look so pretty. The remote control action is great, no effort , just push a button and poof…a beautiful, inviting fire!

A plumber installed the ventless fireplace logs and we have been enjoying it. The remote turns it on and off without a problem. I haven't set the temperature mode for it to turn off when it gets to a certain point. The logs warm up the downstairs very efficiently. The flame cannot be adjusted. Turn it off when the room is warm.

Beautiful set however be aware that the gas line hookup is directly in the back of the unit. Because of this, we had to return as it would not fit in our fireplace with the extra two inches needed for the gas line and nozzle.

Ultimately, it seems to work well. Ridiculous instructions,,,all cya lawyer talk while leaving out important information. I thought the modern gas logs were electronic start, no, it has TWO pilots--no explanation of what the second is for or how to light it. 7 batteries included, 7th for sparker--had to figure that myself polarity and where it went. You must "mate" the remote control with the receiver. No explanation of what to do and not to do with the lava rock. I am an engineer--this should have been easy. 40 pages and the only thing good about the instructions is that the grammer is good--refreshing, not written by an asian.
