This is a solidly built unit. I took it to make coffee at my church and it worked great. In about an hour, I had all the coffee we needed for the whole afternoon. It stayed hot and it was easy to use even though it was my first time with a big coffee maker like this.

Bought this to brew tea for large family parties. Because it comes with a filter basket, which is a great tea brewing design, although others only notice it as a coffee brewer.

It is a taller coffee maker, and the advantage is that it has a larger capacity and does not take up space. A larger capacity is always right, even if you don't need it.
