I placed it in the kitchen. Since the sink faucet needs to be used regularly, I went to the supermarket to buy a Y-shaped adapter to connect the filter, and then connected the drain pipe to the floor drain to complete the installation. When I turn on the machine, I can hear the sound of ice being poured, but it is quieter than the refrigerator, so it won’t disturb our life. The ice produced is uniform in size and crystal clear. The ice box automatically shuts off when full, so there’s no need to worry about ice overflowing.

I really like it. It can be operated by a single person and it is perfect for a cafe. It's a handsome-looking device that runs very quietly. The only noise it makes is when the ice cubes are finished and drop, which is just a few clinking sounds. It produces ice very quickly, with a batch of over 150 cubes. It is necessary to use filtered water because tap water can leave minerals that may obstruct the water flow and affect the machine's operation. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the equipment is essential, and fortunately, the machine has a one-button cleaning feature.

I bought this commercial ice maker because my large family enjoys having something cold to drink during our big gatherings and events. We absolutely love this ice machine! It’s very easy to use and produces a batch of ice approximately every 7 minutes. It comes with a medium-sized scoop that’s just the right size. We always fill up the small barrel with ice, put beer inside to keep it extra cold, and add some ice to drinks to enhance their flavor. The ice-making capacity is more than sufficient for our needs. It’s also quiet during operation. The ice made with the filtered water tastes excellent. When the ice bin is full, the ice maker automatically stops producing ice.

The machine itself is as big as shown in the description. It looks well-made. When we installed the equipment following the manufacturer's instructions, the ice maker displayed E03. Upon checking the installation manual, we were informed that E03 indicates that the ice cube thickness is too thin. The ice maker itself doesn't seem to be damaged. We contacted the manufacturer via email to see if we could get some guidance from them. The manufacturer responded within 1 hour and resolved my issue. I am glad to have this for our company and am satisfied with its ice-making performance.
