We have purchased multiple of these machines. While they work great, we had one of the machines that is no longer having a good performance. We reached out to the seller, and to our surprise, they do not want to resolve it. and know have just stopped responding to any messages.

My product arrived early the only two things that where wrong was that it had a weird smell almost like a burnt smell. I used the machine and only got a little bit of juice out and it stopped working, it was fixable but hard to figure out. Looks exactly like the picture but it is very heavy.

Perfect for my cafe, the yield I get from the oranges is so much better than the other household ones - 2.5 oranges make a 20oz cup. Good buy!

The seller was extremely punctual with shipping this product. That is the only positive thing that I can say. The industrial/commercial grade juicer was a little heavier than expected (between 25lbs and 30lbs). Against my better judgement I made a hasty purchase when I found this seller without researching the reviews or the seller’s name. I also normally prefer to purchase items that are fulfilled by Amazon rather than a third-party vendor, but again this was a rather rash decision for this purchase. While using the ($371.00 including tax 30lbs) juicer extractor for the second time, it starts spinning on the counter. I literally had to run and catch it before it fell onto the floor and rip the cord out of the socket. This was the last straw!!!!!See, to make a long story short there were other things that were turn-offs before this happened, which included: All the labels on the box were written from an Asian country (Chinese, Japanese, Korean or etc…) The ‘manual’ was written with so many grammatical/punctuation errors and broken English with no pictures included. (The manual could have been from a smart TV for all I know) No branding on the juicer itself. There was just a sticker with a picture of cut citrus fruit that had ‘100% Juice’ written on it. Juicer didn’t come with containers to catch the pulp/juice No cleaning tools/brushes were included Too much of the pulp was left after juicing Didn’t juice any leafy vegetables, it just spewed out of the pulp spout. Too heavyI contacted Amazon to get a return slip. I started reading the reviews and began to get concern about the seller exercising unethical business practices! I voiced my concerns to Amazon. The seller contacted me and ask that I send pictures of the item to ensure that the juicer is in good condition. I sent the pictures as requested. They responded by saying that it was my fault because I didn’t align the blade properly and that they will only refund $25. Wait what!? First, there weren’t any instructions that came with this item. Secondly, there was only one way to install/align the blade after cleaning. I responded and told them that they were liars! I had to contact Amazon to start an investigation and Amazon was able to get me a refund. Please do not make the same mistake that I made! Exercise your due diligence and research sellers to weed out third party crooks from other countries trying to take advantage of others.
