These are going in a 283 Chevy, but I've been using a 1.52 ratio set in a in a blown Chevy 3.2 60 degree V6 for 10 years with no problems.

The rockers are all good nothing wrong with the product but somehow I'm just noticing(a year later) there is a 1.5 Rocker that ended up with my 1.6 set. Too late to contact Amazon so I had to buy the correct Rocker elsewhere another $30 is pretty annoying 😒

Got the correct rocker arms in set but they sent big block chevy pivot balls which are .138" too large and will not fit in rocker arms, and were 7'16" stud hole diameter vs 3.8". Spent literally hour plus on phone with Comp Cams for customer service trying to get proper parts. This however at best adds a week to my schedule to install the engine. Im not happy doesn't even come close. Done with Comp Cams. They even tried to blame Amazon, but I said CompCams loaded box sealed it, shipped it to Amazon for resale, so CompCams is responsible. Waited 2 weeks for correct parts to be shipped 300 miles. Still not here, and cant get intouch with Edelbrock. No one to answer phones. This company has gone to the dogs. Never use them again after 40 years.

Put these on SBC 350 and so far so good. Oil pump priming got oil to all 16 on these. Be sure you have a thin wall deep socket for install, I had a thin wall and still had to use vice-grips to get the socket off after tightening down each rocker. I tightened each rocker 1/2 turn after 0 lash and cam break in and about 30 miles in on the new build and all is well so far. Be sure not to clog the small holes in the rocker with grease or oil may have trouble getting up the push rod and into the channel on the rocker. Also used assembly lube on push rod and valve stem contact areas and small amount of molylube on contact area in cup. Also used Comp Cams Valve Train Assembly Spray before installing the valve covers.

These are a nice quality rocker arm for moderate applications where you need a little more ratio in particular hydraulic or hydraulic rollers on the street. Having a roller tip isn't a real asset but having a nice inexpensive and accurately made rocker is what you get with these and they do a good job.I've had them come through our shop where they were run with spring loads higher than recommended. This will turn the rocker arms' ball pivots blue from heat so try to keep the open loads at 300lbs or under. With that said the rockers didn't fail either.
